My boss said my emails sound like ransom notes, turns out he was right
After 6 months of wondering why clients kept asking for clarification, my manager finally told me I crammed too many topics into one message. I started using one subject per email with a clear ask at the top, and the back-and-forth replies dropped by half. Anyone else get feedback that completely changed how they communicate at work?
