Rant: My coworker in HR told me I should 'just smile more' during a morning meeting

I was standing by the coffee machine at 8:15 AM on a Tuesday, barely awake, and she walked up and said that. Not even joking. She had this big grin like she was giving me helpful advice. I just stared at her for a second, poured my coffee, and walked away. Has anyone else gotten that weird 'smile' lecture from a stranger at work?
