PSA: I quit my nightly 2am phone habit and my sleep went from 4 hours to 7 in 3 weeks
I used to lie in bed scrolling until my eyes burned, and for about two years my sleep tracker showed I was averaging 4 hours and 10 minutes a night. After my wife said I looked like a zombie at her sister's wedding in Boise, I started leaving my phone in the kitchen at 10pm and reading a paper book instead. Three weeks in, my average sleep is 7 hours and I actually wake up before my alarm, so has anyone else here tried a hard phone cutoff and did it stick, or did you go back after a while?
