Serious question, did anyone else's old gravity wagon gather dust once they went to a grain cart?

Switched 5 years back and my old wagon has sat behind the shed since, but my uncle swears a cart just tears up wet ground worse than a wagon ever did. Who's right here, or does it just come down to how wet your fall runs?
