AI writing tools feel soulless but saved me hours on a boring report
My boss had me write up this quarterly safety report for our crew. Usually takes me like 4 hours of staring at a blank screen. I tried one of those AI helpers just to get a first draft down. Took maybe 20 minutes and most of it was usable after I changed a few words. Still feels weird using it, like I'm cheating. But the time savings are real. Has anyone else found a balance between using AI and keeping your own voice?
