Appreciation post: I tried two different AI tools for summarizing my property reports
I used 'QuickRead AI' for a month, but it kept missing key lease dates and financial figures. Switched to 'Summize Pro' last week, and it correctly pulled out every critical detail from a 50-page vendor contract on the first try. What makes one summarizer so much more accurate than another, is it just the training data?

So the AI just skims like it's got a hot date, huh? Sounds like @wade871's buddy's tech friend nailed it, some of these tools are just bad at their one job.

My buddy had the same issue with a different tool, it kept messing up square footage numbers in his listings. His tech friend, someone like @the_claire, said it's both the training data and how the AI is told to look for numbers and dates. Some just scan for keywords, others actually read the context around them.
