Found a trick to stop my AI image generator from making weird hands every time

I was getting sick of my AI art always having mutant fingers or six fingered hands no matter how many prompts I tweaked. Then I tried adding 'photorealistic hand reference' into the negative prompt and explicitly describing finger positions in the positive prompt, and it actually fixed the issue like 80% of the time in just 3 tries. Has anyone else found a solid prompt hack for keeping hands looking normal in AI images?

Happened to notice this is kinda like how people overthink simple things in real life ya know Like you gotta stop fighting the tool and just work with how it actually behaves instead of wishing it was different. Same thing with my old torque wrench kept getting wonky readings til I realized I was using it wrong not the tool being broke. Once you figure out the little tricks and what the thing actually responds to everything clicks into place. Just takes some trial and error and paying attention to what works instead of getting mad at the results.

My friend had the same thing with his drill press, kept getting mad at it until he realized he was pushing too hard. Sometimes you just gotta let the tool do its own thing.

Wait, does that actually work for most generators?
