Hot take: My chatbot went from a basic script to a real helper in about 4 months.

I trained it on our old customer service tickets, and now it can actually figure out what a confused user is asking for, not just match keywords.

Wow, that's really impressive progress in just four months. Training it on actual tickets makes so much sense, it learns the real language people use. Getting past simple keyword matching is the dream, and it sounds like you're there. That must feel great after putting in the work.
