I thought AI writing tools were just fancy autocorrect until my concrete bid came back worded better than I could have done in 20 minutes.

Used one on a lark to rewrite my proposal for that big commercial job in Kansas City and it actually caught a liability clause I'd been glossing over for years, so who else has had a tool like that save them from their own blind spots?

My uncle runs a small HVAC outfit in Wichita and I showed him how to use one of those tools to rewrite his service estimates. He threw in a standard contract he'd been using for 15 years and it flagged a line about arbitration that was basically unenforceable in Kansas. Saved him from a headache with a homeowner who tried to sue over a furnace install last winter. Really opened my eyes to how many little things we all just copy and paste without thinking.

Oh that arbitration clause thing is super common, but idk if "unconstitutional" is quite the right word for it, more like it just conflicts with state law or is too broad to hold up. Either way good catch on your uncle's part.
