My friend told me to ignore the hype about a new AI image model

He said the quality jump wasn't worth the subscription cost, but I signed up anyway. After generating 50 images for a project, I realized the outputs were barely different from the free tool I already used. Has anyone else felt let down by a promised 'next-gen' AI that didn't deliver?

I actually upgraded to the new model last month and the detail in fabric textures alone was worth it for me. Ran a side-by-side test with 20 prompts and got way more consistent lighting and fewer weird hands. Sometimes you have to push past the basic prompts to see the real jump in quality.

So @the_lisa, did you use the same exact prompts for both tests or tweak them for the new model?

Check the settings on your old tool first. Maybe you just got better at writing prompts.
