That AI grammar tool I laughed at actually saved my job

I work in customer support in Austin and our manager told us to try this new AI writing assistant for replies. I figured it was just another gimmick that would mess things up. After 2 weeks my error rate dropped from 15% to 2% and my team lead actually complimented my emails. Has anyone else had a tool they dismissed turn out to be useful?

Oh man, same thing happened to me with a project management app I swore was just busywork. I made fun of it for weeks until I realized I hadn't missed a single deadline since I started using it. Now I lowkey recommend it to everyone lol.

Right there with you, my first few emails with it came out sounding like a robot had a stroke. Now I can't go back to typing like a caveman.
