The day my AI writing tool hallucinated a fake lawsuit against my client
Last Tuesday, I spent 6 hours untangling a client panic because the AI I used for their legal draft invented a whole case citation that didn't exist, and now I'm stuck manually checking every output before I send anything out, has anyone else had their AI just make up stuff that looked way too real?

82% of the false citations I've caught in legal AI outputs were from me not double-checking the source before pasting it in. Sounds like you got burned by trusting it too far. That's on you, not the tool.
