Honestly, that sounded crazy to me at first! I was sure it would taste weird. But after trying it, I'm totally convinced! The pudding mix makes the chicken so tender and adds a sweet glaze. It's like a secret hack for easy flavor! Now I want to try it on other meats too.

Yeah pudding mix on chicken sounded nuts... but I tried it on pork chops last week and it was the same magic.
