My aunt swore her air fryer salmon trick was dumb, she was totally right
My aunt Janet told me to spray the basket with olive oil before putting salmon in, and I figured it would just make a mess or burn. Tried it anyway without the spray and ended up with salmon stuck to the basket and falling apart when I pulled it out. She still laughs at me, but is there a better way to keep skin-on fish from sticking without the spray?

YES exactly! "Parchment paper is the real hack here" - that's the stuff right there. I stopped using oil years ago because parchment does the job without the mess. You just tear off a sheet, pop it in the pan, and toss it when you're done. No scrubbing, no smoking oil, nothing. It also keeps my cookies from getting those burnt bottoms. Total game changer for baking and roasting.
