The beer batter part really interests me. I've always struggled to get a proper crispy coat in the air fryer without it turning out soggy or sticking to the basket. Do you do anything special with the batter, like chilling it or using a specific type of breading? I'd love to know the step by step because that's where my attempts usually fall apart.

Oh man, totally been there. What saved me was using really cold beer, almost frozen. Also, let the mixed batter sit in the fridge for a bit, like 15 minutes. A quick spray of oil on the basket stops most sticking. Makes it way crispier.
