Showerthought: I just found out my air fryer uses way less power than my big oven
I was looking at my electric bill from last month and saw the cost was a bit high. My son said to check what appliances use the most, so I looked it up online. I found a chart that said a regular oven can use about 2400 watts to heat up. My air fryer, the basic model I got from Target, only uses around 1500 watts. That's a big difference. I started using the air fryer for small things like chicken strips and roasted veggies instead of turning on the whole oven. I think it saved me some money. Has anyone else noticed a change in their power bill after using their air fryer more?

Totally makes sense. My bill dropped a bit too after I got mine. Do you use it for reheating pizza?

Actually, @stellaperry, I still use my regular oven for pizza (the crust gets soggy for me in the air fryer).
