Update: My air fryer broccoli took ages to get crispy

Never again will I rush the cooking time.

Ugh, been there. You gotta let that stuff go way longer than you think, like a big handful of extra minutes. It feels wrong but it works.

That feels wrong part is usually your gut saying stop.

Seriously, Lisa is so right. I used to pull my roasted veggies out way too early because they looked done on the outside. They'd be all sad and soggy in the middle. Now I just set the timer and walk away, even when it feels like they're burning. That extra time makes all the difference, they get those crispy bits and the inside is actually soft.

Wait what... how long are we talking here? Like you had to wait an actual half hour just for some broccoli? That's crazy, mine is usually done in like ten minutes tops. Did you just sit there watching it like paint drying?
