Vent: I keep seeing people cook frozen fries in their air fryer without shaking the basket once.

My sister does this. She just sets it and forgets it. Tarabell is right, not even one shake. They come out so soggy on one side.

It's a crime against fries. You gotta shake them at least twice for even cooking. Soggy fries are just the worst.
