We've all been there, trying to cram in a whole bag of fries like it's a puzzle. It turns into a sad, steamy sauna in there. My first batch looked like they'd given up on life. Now I just accept my tiny, perfect, crispy portions and make peace with the extra time.

Saw a tip online about giving fries space... @piperbailey is right about the steam.

Lol yeah the limp fries happen cause overcrowding traps all the steam.
