Caught a coworker using a crescent wrench on AN fittings last Tuesday. Still mad about it.

Man that brings back bad memories. Saw a dude at a shop last year try to use channel locks on a brass fitting and it just crunched the whole thing. Had to cut it out and replace the whole line. Honestly people who don't respect AN fittings should just stick to garden hoses or something. Not trying to gatekeep but there's a right tool for every job and a crescent wrench ain't it. Your coworker owes you a beer for sure.

Ngl @seth_shah I kinda get where you're coming from but honestly a crescent wrench isn't the end of the world if you're careful. I've used one in a pinch before and it worked fine as long as you didn't crank on it like an ape. Maybe your coworker just needs a quick lesson on torque not a beer shaming.
