Had a Cessna 172 nose gear shimmy damper fail right after landing yesterday
The thing was totally dry, no fluid left at all. I had to replace the whole unit before the next flight. Has anyone else seen these fail so quickly after a recent service?

Remember my cousin's neighbor had a similar weird overlap with a story on the news. It turned out they both used the same weird old app that was glitching and sending out random alerts. Makes you wonder how many of these "coincidences" are just the same broken tech touching different people's lives. What was your buddy using when it happened?

That's such a weird coincidence, it's hard to believe. I wonder if there's some common cause we're missing. Strange how these things line up.
