I keep seeing guys skip the final torque check on engine mounts, and it's giving me flashbacks to a 727 in '98.

Tell me about it. Saw a guy skip the final torque on a water pump once, and it vibrated loose after a week. The whole thing dumped coolant on the highway at night. That kind of shortcut just costs more time and money in the end. What did the 727 end up doing?
