Union guy at the gate changed how I log my overtime
Been doing paper sign-offs for extra hours for years, then a 62-year-old line guy showed me his phone log with timestamps and photos. Said it saved his ass twice in arbitration when the company tried to short him. Has anyone else had HR fight their OT records?
