Switched from drilling every single sensor wire to using wireless sensors on my last 3 jobs
Used to spend hours fishing wires through attics for hardwired sensors, but after a 2 story house in Austin took me 6 hours just to run the wires I switched to wireless. Has anyone else made the jump and regretted it on certain job sites?

The humid job @keith900 mentioned reminded me of a house in San Antonio where I used wireless and got ghost signals from the neighbor's garage door opener. Ended up swapping to a different frequency band mid job. Now I always carry a few spare wireless receivers that run on 900 mhz instead of the standard 433 just in case interference pops up. Also started slapping a weatherproof relay on the main panel so if one sensor drops out it doesn't kill the whole system.

Honestly, the one time it bit me was on a super humid job where the sensors kept losing connection, ended up having to go back and re run wires anyway. Tbh though, 99% of the time wireless saves my back and my schedule.
