Chose the AI-recommended route over my gut, ended up at a goat farm in Ohio

Google Maps said 28 minutes faster to take US-36 through the backroads, but I missed a left turn at 6 PM and rolled into a goat farm that wasn't even on the map. Picked the algorithm over my usual highway, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has had a detour that was just weird enough to almost be worth it?

Man, that's GREAT. My GPS once sent me down this "shortcut" that turned into a gravel road, then a dirt path, then I was basically in some guy's backyard with chickens running everywhere. I backed out super slow while his dog chased my car. Took WAY longer than the highway but honestly, best story I tell people now.
