The algorithm has been pushing pet clothes on me for a week straight

I run a dog grooming shop in Portland and last week I searched for a raincoat for my own dog. Now every feed I touch is nothing but tiny sweaters and boots. It doesn't get that most dogs hate wearing clothes and it's ignoring the actual grooming tools I look at 90% of the time. Has anyone else had an algorithm latch onto one random search and never let go?

Did you try clearing your history after that raincoat search?

Oh MAN, I feel this in my soul! The algorithm did the SAME thing to me last year when I looked up a waterproof vest for a hiking trip. @the_jake's suggestion about clearing your history helps a bit but honestly what really worked was I went HARD on searching for specific grooming shears and nail grinders for like 3 days straight. It finally got the message and stopped showing me doggy tuxedos every time I opened the app.
