Blew $60 on a limited edition figure that arrived broken
I ordered a rare Sailor Moon figure from a small seller online for about sixty bucks, and it showed up with the arm snapped clean off. The seller ghosted me after I sent photos, so now I am stuck with a one-armed display piece. Has anyone else dealt with a broken collectible and actually got their money back?

Ask your bank for a chargeback since the seller ghosted you.

lol yeah I had this exact thing happen to me a couple years ago and the chargeback saved my butt. My bank actually asked for screenshots of all the messages I sent trying to get a response and any proof I paid. It took maybe two weeks but I got my money back no problem. Just make sure you document everything before you call them, it makes the process way smoother.
