I thought skipping the opening songs was fine until I watched 'Frieren'
I always hit skip on anime intros to get to the story faster. My friend said the opening for 'Frieren: Beyond Journey's End' had clues about the whole show, so I watched it once. The visuals actually showed character changes I missed in the first five episodes. Now I watch every opening at least once. Does anyone else find hidden stuff in the music videos?

Oh man, you are so right about that. I read a whole thing online about how the opening for "Attack on Titan" season one had all these tiny hints about the ending that nobody caught until years later. It's wild how much they pack in there. I used to skip them too, but now I feel like I'm missing part of the story if I do. Some shows really use that minute to tell you something you won't get until later. It's like a secret code for people who pay attention.

Yeah that "secret code" thing is so true... I used to think it was just filler too but some shows really do put the whole plot in the opening if you know what to look for. It makes rewatching stuff way more interesting.

Nah, it's just a cool song and some moving pictures. People read way too much into this stuff sometimes.
