I tried ranking anime by 'most rewatchable first episode' instead of overall quality

My list got completely flipped, with some shows I'd written off having amazing pilot hooks. Anyone have a hidden gem with a killer first episode?

Odd Taxi's first episode really is a perfect hook, isn't it.

My friend had that exact thing happen with a show called Odd Taxi.

Ever notice how that happens with movies too? Trailers can be way better than the actual film. Makes you wonder what else we judge too fast.
