Showerthought: walked into a used anime DVD shop in Akihabara last month and half the stuff was streaming-only now
Place still had the same dusty shelves and that weird smell, but the whole browsing experience felt different when every disc had a sticker saying "also on Crunchyroll." Anyone else feel like the hunt for rare physical copies has lost its edge now that everything is digital?

So @emma_flores, do you actually still buy discs for the hunt itself, or is it more about just wanting to own something physical these days? Caught myself grabbing a limited edition bluray last week even though I already pay for two streaming services and honestly don't even have a player set up. Feels like the real value now is just having a thing on your shelf, not the content itself.
