A whole week where nothing went wrong and it felt weird
Last spring I had this one week where absolutely everything just worked. My 9 year old Ford Focus started on the first crank every morning (which never happens in damp weather), I found $12 in an old jacket pocket on Tuesday, and even the traffic lights on Main Street seemed to time perfectly for me. By Friday I was honestly kind of suspicious, like waiting for the other shoe to drop or something crazy. Has anyone else ever had a stretch of good luck that felt more unsettling than bad days?

honestly i think you're overthinking this. it's just a week where nothing crazy happened, not some cosmic sign or whatever. bad stuff happens most of the time because life is messy and random, not because the universe has some plan to balance out the good. cars start fine sometimes, you find money in a jacket, traffic works out. that's just normal life that doesn't suck for a bit. acting like it's some kind of trick or ominous just turns a decent week into a weird anxiety trip for no reason. maybe just take the win and move on instead of waiting for everything to fall apart.

Wait, you're saying finding money in a jacket and a car starting are "normal"?

Overthinking" is just code for ignoring patterns you don't want to see.
