Apology letter I never sent for skipping sleep to study
I wrote this after pulling all-nighters and crashing hard. It shows how I said sorry to my health for not resting. Anyone got letters about diet or sleep regrets?

Did you end up writing one to sleep itself? I mean, I have this whole note in my phone apologizing to my own bed for treating it like a bus stop I just crash at. I got so deep into a bad cycle of late nights that my body just shut down and gave me a cold, like a full system alert. Felt like such a jerk for ignoring all the signs.

Tbh, what about when my friend Leo ignored sleep for a week and his eyes started twitching non-stop? He made a voice memo saying sorry to his bed for using it like a nap zone. The doctor told him it was pure stress from no rest, so he crashed for two whole days. Honestly, it was a rough wake-up call to stop ignoring his body.

How bad does it have to get before we listen? My sleep debt is so huge, I'm pretty sure my mattress is judging me. Leo's eye twitch story hits close, and @nancyn69, my phone notes are just a list of sorrys to my pillows. I once pulled two all-nighters for a project and my brain just... buffered. Like, stared at a wall for twenty minutes. That was my final sign to stop treating sleep like a suggestion box.

Listen, @spencer_owens58, your friend Leo apologizing to his furniture is a whole new level of tired. I mean, when your own bed needs an apology note, you've officially lost the plot. My body's final warning was when I tried to pour orange juice into my cereal bowl instead of milk. That's not stress, that's your brain filing for divorce. We really need to stop acting like sleep is some optional extra feature.
