Just spent $400 on a 'guaranteed' online course that was just repackaged YouTube videos.

I mean, it's my fault for falling for the marketing, but I feel so dumb for not checking the refund policy first. Has anyone else gotten burned by one of those 'guru' programs and actually gotten their money back?

Wait, isn't it the seller's fault for the scammy marketing, not yours? You trusted their promise. I got a refund once by going straight to my credit card company and calling it a "service not as described." I just said the course was just free videos put together, not the real program they sold. The bank reversed the charge after I sent screenshots. Did you try a chargeback yet?

Your refund story gives me hope, @kelly638, unlike that seller's empty promises.

Yeah, did a chargeback with my bank last year for a fitness program that was just recycled Instagram clips. Sent them the sales page vs what I actually got, got my money back in like a week.
