TIL my neighbor's apology letter came with a surprise ending

Last Tuesday I found a note under my windshield wiper apologizing for the dent they put in my driver's door outside the Aldi on 8th St. I was already writing a mental thank you letter back when I flipped it over and saw they blamed my parking skills twice in the same sentence. The apology was real, but the passive-aggressive jab made me laugh so hard I left them a reply saying no hard feelings, just better aim. Now I keep my unsent letter in the glove box as a reminder that people can be sorry and petty at the same time. Has anyone else gotten an apology that made you want to apologize back for existing? I bet there's a story behind every dent around here.
