Fixed a washing machine that shook too much by leveling the feet

My neighbor's washer was bouncing all over during spins. I checked and the front feet were uneven, so I adjusted them. What's your first step when a machine vibrates too much?

Yeah, that's always step one! I always check for loose stuff like shoes or towels getting thrown around first.
