Found a weird fix for a Samsung washer that wouldn't drain

Customer's unit was throwing an error code and just humming. Instead of going straight for the pump, I checked the pressure switch hose. It was clear, but the little nipple on the tub where it connects was completely clogged with a wad of lint. Cleared it with a pipe cleaner and it ran perfect. Anyone else run into that specific clog spot?

Our old dishwasher had a filter so packed with gunk it looked like a science project.
