Thought those magnetic dryer vent kits were a gimmick until the one in Fargo proved me wrong

I've been snaking vents with a shop vac and a brush for years and figured those $40 magnetic lint kits were just something to sell to homeowners. Then a customer in Fargo had a 14 foot run behind her stacked unit and the magnets let me pull lint from both ends in about 20 minutes instead of pulling the whole machine out. Any of you using these on longer runs, or is it still just a fancy add on?
