Weird how some people just can't let others do their thing after a decade of experience... was he one of those old-school field guys who think there's only one right way, or more of a self-appointed expert trying to show off?

And it's not just work stuff either. I see this everywhere now, at the grocery store with people giving unsolicited advice on how to bag things, or in a parking lot telling someone the "right" way to back in. It's like everyone suddenly has an opinion on how you should do something you've been doing fine for years. The worst part is, half the time they're just repeating something they heard once and think they're an expert. Honestly, you just gotta nod and walk away, it's the only way to stay sane.
