Tried sifting a creek site in Idaho with a window screen and found 12 tiny flakes my trowel missed
So I grabbed a $6 window screen from the hardware store in Twin Falls and re-sifted the spoils from my test pit last month, and it turned up a dozen micro-debitage flakes that my trowel and bucket screen skipped, which tells me I was probably missing half the story at that site, and now I want to know if anyone else here has tried this and gotten similar results or if it is just overkill.
