TIL stacking my Andromeda shots with dark frames made it worse, not better

Shot 47 subs from my driveway in Reno over 3 hours and the stack came out noisier than my no-dark version, which makes zero sense to me. Is it a temp mismatch thing or am I just calibrating wrong?
