Changed my oil pan gasket after 120k miles
Pulled the old one off my '02 F-150 last weekend. It was rock hard and cracked in three spots. Leaking about a quart every two weeks before the swap. New rubber gasket with a dab of permatex on the corners. Anyone else run into warped pans on these older fords?

@angela_harris nailed it. That warped pan is a pain, had to tweak mine with a deadblow hammer to get the new gasket to seat right.

My buddy Mike had a 90s F-150 that was so warped he just put two gaskets on it and hoped for the best. Leaked less than before actually, but I still gave him crap about it for years.
