Had to decide between a 4 hour diag on a weird electrical gremlin or just replacing the whole harness on a 2008 Silverado. Went with the diag and found a single rubbed wire behind the dash.

My buddy spent a whole weekend chasing a misfire that turned out to be one chewed wire under the seat. Those little finds are so satisfying, right?

Man, @spencer782, that's the best and worst feeling at the same time. You're so relieved to find it, but also so mad you wasted all that time. Makes you wonder what the mouse was even doing under there, lol.
