Seafoam treatment brought my 200k mile F-150 back to life in 20 minutes

Oh man I totally feel you on that! I put Seafoam in my old 2000 Silverado with like 180k on it and it seriously smoothed out the idle and stopped that rough startup stutter it had. I just dumped half a can in the gas tank and the other half through a vacuum line, let it sit for like 15 minutes, then drove it hard on the highway. It smoked like crazy for a bit but ran way better after.

Seafoam won't fix worn piston rings or a failing transmission though.

Actually @lilyp37, you're right about rings and transmissions, but Seafoam isn't meant to fix those... it helps clean carbon deposits and sticky valves which can definitely give an older engine some pep back. Seen plenty of high mileage trucks run smoother after a good treatment.
