Update: I stopped clocking out for lunch and my comeback rate dropped by a third
I heard a lead tech at a shop in Fort Worth tell a new kid that flat rate is a scam and you should never work through lunch, and after 3 weeks of actually eating in the break room I finally get it. Anyone else see their numbers go up once they stopped trying to squeeze one more job in at noon?
