Wiring harness gremlin in a 2011 Silverado ate my whole Saturday and it was one chewed wire
Customer's truck came in with a misfire and no crank, and I chased grounds, swapped relays, and pulled half the dash looking for a short, which burned 9 hours I didn't have. Turned out a mouse had chewed one injector wire behind the intake, a 6 inch fix. How do you guys bill for diagnostic time when the actual repair is that small?

Wait, a whole injector wire behind the intake took you 9 hours to find? Tbh I would've lost my mind pulling the dash for a mouse bite, that's brutal.
