Shoutout to the dispatcher in Memphis who talked me out of the cheapest quote
Called around for quotes to ship my Civic from Memphis to Denver and one dispatcher named Ray flat out said "the $650 guy won't answer when your car is sitting 3 weeks late", which bugged me for days. I went with a $890 carrier he vouched for and my car showed up 2 days early with zero scratches. How do you all weigh a dispatcher's gut feeling against a lower price on paper?
