Cleared out my old toolbox and found my first multimeter

It was a Fluke 77 from 1998, the one I bought fresh out of tech school in Wichita. I was wiring up a new nav system on a King Air last week and realized I've been using that same meter for over 25 years. The new guys have all the fancy digital gear, but this old thing still gets the job done. Anyone else still holding onto a tool from their first gig?

Does yours still hold a calibration? I've got a 25 year old Simpson 260 that still reads true, never saw a reason to replace it.

That's a long time for a tool, but does it really matter?

@wadew51 I'd argue it does matter because a meter that drifts can send you down the wrong rabbit hole for hours.
