Honestly yeah, it gets packed pretty much from spring break through fall. People act like it's some hidden spot but the secret's been out for years. Tbh even weekdays can be a zoo if the weather is decent. I went last October on a random Tuesday and still had to wait in line for everything.

The parking lot at the state park was full by 9 AM last Wednesday in March. It's not a seasonal thing anymore, it's just the normal crowd. They built all those new condos nearby and now the place is basically a suburb. You have to go in the dead of winter on a rainy day to find it empty.
