Just did the Desolation Wilderness loop clockwise instead of counter-clockwise

Made the mistake of going clockwise last June and hit Aloha Lake with a full pack in the afternoon sun, completely exposed. If you value your sanity (and water supply) go counter-clockwise so you hit the tree cover on Echo Lake first, trust me on this one - has anyone else noticed the trail markers near that junction are completely faded?

Swap to counter-clockwise and bring a sharpie to mark those trail posts yourself next time.
