Hot take: I used to look down on people who bought pre-chopped veggies
Visited my aunt's place in Houston last month and saw her whole fridge full of pre-cut stuff. Told her it was lazy. Then she explained her arthritis makes holding a knife painful for more than 2 minutes. Felt like a total jerk. Anyone else ever judge something without thinking about why someone actually needs it?

Man, that's a really good point. It's way too easy to forget that what seems like a shortcut to us might be a necessity for someone else

Oscar, you absolutely nailed it. It's so easy to get stuck in our own bubble and forget that what feels like a cheat code to us is just someone's normal Tuesday. I've been guilty of that myself more times than I'd like to admit. It really makes you stop and think about how different everyone's starting line is. We all carry stuff that other people can't see, you know? Good on you for pointing that out, it's a reminder we all need sometimes.
